Each training plan is individually tailored to your goals, schedule, and fitness level — providing structure and helping you make the most of your training time.

Your plan is delivered through your personal TrainingPeaks account, allowing me to track your progress, adjust your sessions, and keep you on the path to consistent improvement.

ABOUT ME

 

I’m a retired long-distance professional triathlete from the Swiss National Team, based just outside Zurich, Switzerland.
In 2019, I finished 8th at the IRONMAN World Championship in Hawaii, and my IRONMAN personal best is 8:01 hours ([see more of my results here]).

 

Triathlon has been part of my life since childhood, and I bring over 15 years of experience across all distances.

 

Having started as an age-group athlete — and winning the IRONMAN 70.3 Age Group World Championship in 2015 — I understand the challenges of balancing training and racing with full-time work and family life.

 

That’s why my coaching approach is flexible, personalized, and focused on efficiency, helping you train smarter and reach your goals sustainably.
