Whether you want to finish your first triathlon or qualify for an age group world championship, I can help you achieve your goals through personalised and data-driven coaching. My training plans are designed specifically for each individual athlete, providing structure and ensuring you can maximize your training time. Your training plan will be provided directly via your personal online TrainingPeaks account, which allows me to analyse your progress so that I can better focus your training and help improve your performance. Plans are available in English or German.
Suitable for beginner or hobby triathletes with the aim of training efficiently (up to around 10hr per week)
Suitable for ambitious age group triathletes who would like to improve their performance and train efficiently

I am a Pro long distance triathlete in the Swiss national team, living just outside Zurich, Switzerland. In 2019 I finished 8th at the Ironman World Championships. My Ironman PB is 8:01hr (click here to see more of my results).
Triathlon has been part of my life since I was a kid and I have more than 15 years of experience in the sport across all distances.
Having previously raced as an age grouper - and becoming Ironman 70.3 AG world champ in 2015 - I've experienced the demands of juggling training and racing with full-time work/family and therefore understand the importance of training efficiently and what it takes to be successful.
My flexible approach ensures that your training plans are achievable alongside your work/life commitments.
